Equal parental leave starts with a good plan

Life changes for expectant parents, and the mountain of bureaucratic tasks that come with parenthood does not really make this transition period any easier. But in order to get everything right when it comes to parental allowance and parental leave, and hopefully find a model that suits your budget as well as your wishes, you need a lot of knowledge about the options available.

In this interactive lecture, participants will learn: 

• An overview of legal regulations on parental leave, parental allowance, and other family benefits.
• An introduction to various parental leave models and their financial implications.
• Tips and advice on how to plan for parental leave.
