Our first weekend trip this winter term will take us to Berlin, from 28th to 31st of October*. You will get to know the capital from the water side on a boat trip on river Spree. As well, you will get the chance to discover the German parliament, the Bundes­tag, from the inside. On the famous museum island, antique treasures are waiting for you. Afterwards the Pano­rama Tower at Potsdamer Platz offers a great view over the city center. Learn about the recent German history on a guided walk around the once divided city - capital of the reunited German Federal Republic since 1990. In addition to the Assisi Pano­meter, you will also get to know the Berlin Cathe­dral.
* Tuesday, 31st of October, is Reformation Day - a bank holiday in Saxony.
