Dialog with a vision. Events hosted by TUD as part of its Excellence Strategy promote the richness of perspectives that university members bring to the table as well as a personal exchange of ideas.
University-Wide Inaugural Lecture
The university-wide inaugural lecture introduces newly appointed professors with outstanding strategic importance for TUD’s research profile. Their work connects TUD and other DRESDEN-concept partners. The event takes place every third Thursday of the month during the lecture period. Frontiers in Science
Twice a year, internationally renowned guests are invited to TUD to share the latest findings from their research on topics of civic relevance. The event aims to use the exchange of information to make the wider public well-versed in scientific matters. It illustrates the relevance of science in our daily lives. Frontiers in Science
