During the events, you will learn how you can become active in the field of sustainability yourself - and why this is not only important for "ecologists". At the same time, you will get involved in selected and supervised projects from the TU Environmental Initiative (TUUWI), the Green Office or other institutions and experience how you can make a direct contribution to sustainable development.
Here are some of the projects you can take part in:
- Hackathon for sustainability: let's think sustainability and hacking together! Develop innovative solutions that drive sustainable development while improving your technical skills.
- Sustainability in study modules with generative AI: Help shape the future of education and show how study modules can be designed in the spirit of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD).
- Development of a campaign for vegan nutrition: Help promote awareness of sustainable nutrition and reduce CO2 emissions.
- Statistical tool to evaluate the sales figures of canteen meals: Supports the evaluation of data to improve measures to promote sustainable nutrition.
- Join-in festival for the "Car-free Campus Action Week"project: Actively help shape the campus of the future and create a sustainable and liveable environment.
Environmental ring lectures
The lecture series "Cities of the future - limitless growth or a community worth living in?" addresses the challenges of people with diverse needs living together in a confined space and how a socially just urban community can be formed.
