This year, TU Dresden is once again taking part in the city cycling event. Employees and students can register for the TU Dresden team at https://www.stadtradeln.de/en/dresden and collect as many kilometers as possible from September 3 to 23, 2023, both professionally and privately.

A new feature is that sub-teams can be formed within a team, so that TU Dresden can also choose the team with the most kilometers internally. The Germany-wide "Stadtradeln" competition is a campaign of the Climate Alliance, of which the city of Dresden is a member. The aim of the campaign is to contribute to climate protection, to set an example for more cycling in Dresden, to promote health through more exercise and to enjoy cycling.

Those who use the STADTRADELN app can easily track their routes via GPS. The data is scientifically analyzed and made available to the municipality in the RiDE-Portal.
