On 18 September 2012 the rectorate agreed to the establishment of the Working Group Q. This Working Group is responsible for the further development of the quality management system and the associated procedures.

Under the leadership of the Vice-Rector for University Development the following lecturers, students and staff members of the administration and the Centre for Quality Analysis belong to this Working Group:

• Prof. Martin Hartmann, School of Humanities and Social Sciences;
• Prof. Jutta Ludwig-Müller, School of Science;
• Prof. Jörn Erler, School of Civil and Environmental Engineering;

• Cao Son Ta;
• Claudia Meißner;
• Sven Herdes;

• Dana Frohwieser, Centre for Quality Analysis;
• Ina Neumann, Central Administration/Unit 6.1 Academic Controlling and Quality Management;
• Martina Pazak, Central Administration/Unit 8.4 Study Programmes Affairs.

Lectures, academic and non-academic staff are appointed for three years, students for one year.
