Visit the former mining village of Berggiesshuebel with us. Enjoy the rocky landscape at the edge of the Saxon Switzerland during a hike. Afterwards, we will say the traditional miner’s greeting of "Glück auf" to each other as we tour a mine. In the mine tunnel, you will go 400 meters into the mountain. Experienced tour guides will provide insight into the arduous and dangerous work of the miners, who mined iron and copper here for several centuries. You can also marvel at the 90-meter-deep mountain lake and join us on a fascinating journey beneath the earth's surface.
