Are you currently using or implementing the electronic laboratory notebook eLabFTW?

If you do, we cordially invite you to our eLabFTW User Meeting on Thursday, 3^rd of April 2025, from 10am to 11:30am. We will meet at Open Science Lab, Zellescher Weg 23, 01217 Dresden, in room OSL-1. Afterwards there will be the opportunity to have lunch together at mensa “Siedepunkt”.

The meeting serves as an interdisciplinary exchange on opportunities and challenges in introducing and working with eLabFTW in the laboratory and in teaching. Various different topics will be discussed, for example:

• How do you convince your colleagues to use eLabFTW?
• How do you organize and structure your experiments in eLabFTW?
• What are the latest features of eLabFTW?
• How to integrate eLabFTW into teaching?

The basic aim of the meeting is for you to network with each other and to get an overview of other users including their knowledge and resources.

The meeting will be held in English. But you are welcome to use another language in individual conversations.
