Qualification Check

• The archive is a point of contact for national and international institutions for the verification of documents relating to completed degrees and graduations.
  Please note: In accordance with Section 4 of the Saxon Data Protection Act as amended on 25.04.2018, personal data will only be passed on to third parties if a corresponding power of attorney/declaration of consent from the person concerned is submitted to the University Archives.
• For applications abroad (e.g. USA, Canada, China, United Arab Emirates, etc.), an apostille must be issued. Only with the consent of the person concerned will the archive send certified certificates to the Saxony State Directorate for "over-certification".
• This service is subject to a fee. Please note the university fees and charges regulations.
