Computer-based Examinations
We would be happy to offer support with online examinations however possible. To help you familiarize yourself with the topic, we have put together some recommendations, instructions and templates.

Additional support
Configuration check for computer-based tests
Please schedule in time when creating your (mock) exam for us to check for potential configuration errors. Simply send a link to the course where the test will be held and the title of the test to approximately 1 week prior to the exam date.
Phone service during exams
We offer an on-call phone service during the examination period so we can assist you in the event of any technical difficulties. Outside of the main exam period, we are available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You can view the current phone numbers on the start pages of the examination platforms during the examination period.
