E-Teaching-Certificate
Table of contents
The Center for Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning (ZiLL), offers a three-part certificate course on the didactically justified use of digital media in university teaching. The qualification offer is dedicated to the possible applications of digital media in teaching. It focuses on the didactic tasks that arise in the planning and implementation of university teaching and presents how these can be realized with the help of digital media. Participants gain insight into both didactic and technical implementation possibilities and realize their own media-supported teaching concept.
The qualification offer has a total scope of 120 units (45 min each) and is divided into three independent modules that conclude with the e-teaching certificate:
Self-study module "E-Teaching Basics" (30 units)
The basic module of the e-teaching certificate is dedicated to common ways of supporting university teaching with digital media. Participants learn how to use learning management systems, how to use media products to convey learning content, and how to organize communication processes digitally. The self-study module can be worked on individually and at any time.
You can find the registration and all further information about the certificate course in OPAL.
Blended Learning Module "E-Teaching in University Teaching" (60 units)
The in-depth module of the e-teaching certificate is dedicated to typical scenarios and tasks of university teaching and presents how these can be supported with digital media. Participants learn how they can use media to solve challenges in higher education didactics and develop a concept for a media-supported teaching unit.
Registration and all further information on the certificate course can be found in the TU Dresden's continuing education catalog.
