This workshop is aimed at all female students who want to get to know their personal strengths and competencies better and start thinking about a potential future leadership role. We support and encourage you to discover your individual potential, inspire one another as a team, and take the first steps toward a confident professional future together.
Learning objectives:
Participants will:

gain a positive perspective on opportunities and challenges for women in leadership roles

understand the key competencies of effective leadership

analyze their job-related strengths and potential, and identify areas for development
