This workshop is for all female students who want to better understand their personal strengths and competencies and begin exploring the idea of taking on a future leadership role. We aim to support and encourage you in discovering your individual potential, inspiring each other as a team, and taking the first steps toward a confident professional future together.
Learning objectives:
Participants will:

gain a positive perspective on developments, opportunities, and challenges for women in leadership roles

understand the key competencies of effective leadership
