eLabFTW, openBIS, Chemotion & Co. – Online Exchange on Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN)
Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs) are becoming increasingly important in engineering practice, research, and teaching – enabling structured documentation, better traceability, collaborative work, and sustainable research data management.
On May 27, 2025, starting at 5:00 p.m., you will first receive a brief overview of various ELN systems such as eLabFTW, openBIS, and Chemotion. The focus will then shift to open exchange:
-
Which systems are you already using?
-
What experiences have you had – e.g. in research or when introducing ELNs in teaching?
The event is aimed at anyone interested in or already working with Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELNs).
We look forward to your participation and to sharing experiences!
The exchange is intended for engineering faculty. No registration is required. You can access the online event via OPAL.
