Collegial exchange “AI in teaching and studies”
The cross-university collegial exchange “AI in Teaching and Studies” offers instructors from various disciplines a low-threshold opportunity to discuss current questions, didactic challenges, and identified solutions, and to reflect on them in a practice-oriented way.
The format is explicitly agenda-free, meaning that topics are introduced anew by participants in each session and determine the focus of the dialogue—for example, ranging from concrete use cases of AI tools in courses and examinations, to the personalization of learning pathways and the integration of AI competencies into curricula, and up to the ethical evaluation of AI systems.
The aim is for participants, on the one hand, to gain concrete impulses from different higher education contexts and disciplinary perspectives for shaping their teaching, and on the other hand, to contribute their own needs, experiences, or approaches to solutions. Through the higher education didactic facilitation of the exchange process, a space is created for structured, practice-oriented reflection as well as cross-institutional and interdisciplinary networking.
For better planning, we ask for registration, which is also possible at short notice.
The collegial exchange takes place regularly on the second Wednesday of each month and is not a traditional workshop, but a participatory, collaboratively guided discourse.
The format is shaped exclusively by the participants’ collegial expertise and accompanying higher education didactic facilitation—there are no impulse lectures or pre-defined topics.
Participation can be credited with 1 AE for the “AKTive Lehre” program (exchange area).
