Dealing with Difficult Situations in Tutorials
As a tutor, you will regularly encounter challenging situations such as restless groups, critical questions, or heated discussions. How can you remain confident, de-escalate tensions, and respond appropriately? In this workshop, we build on the foundations from the basic qualification and self-learning course. You will receive practical tips to stay communicatively strong and personally calm in difficult moments.
