Access to Vaccines and Medical Care During Pandemics: Covid19 as Disruption

on July 11, 2022 jointly organized by the newly founded Institute for International Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Law (IRGET), the Center for International Studies and Stellenbosch University.

In the  context of the Covid19 pandemic, we will examine from the perspective of both the Global North and the Global South whether existing legal concepts and frameworks have proven successful in combating the pandemic. Our interest will focus on intellectual property law, international law and constitutional law.
