In mourning and sympathy - Professor Ursula Schaefer deceased

The news of the death of Prof. Dr. Ursula Schaefer fills us with deep sadness and great consternation. For a long time, Mrs. Schaefer led the Scientific Advisory Board of the Center for Quality Analysis with great aplomb. As Vice Rector for Academic and International Affairs, she played a significant role in establishing the quality management system for teaching and learning at the TU Dresden. In addition to being a passionate scientist, Ursula Schaefer was a thought leader and expert in study accreditation, and contributed a great deal to its acceptance and success with great expertise and unerring humor.
