Deadline Mailbox:
You’ll find the TU Dresden deadline mailbox between the Tillich Building and the Hülsse Building. The mailbox is emptied on weekdays between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Mail lying beneath the flap will be stamped with the date of the last business day, and anything lying above it will be stamped with the current date. Items with maximum dimensions of 36 cm in length, 25 cm in width, and 5 cm in height may be deposited in the deadline mailbox. When submitting larger or thicker items (e.g., theses in two copies), it is recommended to separate them if necessary, pack them separately, and deposit them individually.
Postage is not required. However, for proper delivery, it is absolutely necessary to include the recipient’s information (Examination Office, Faculty of Mechanical Science and Engineering) and the sender’s information (name, address) on the envelopes. Please ensure that the envelopes are sealed.
