Members of the RTG sample some delicious exams (24.01.2020)
On January 24, 2020, part of the Boysen-TUD Research Training Group was able to enjoy culinary delights in the form of exam results from the TUD training kitchen. The buffet, which was primarily composed of Saxon specialties, was prepared by the test subjects in the housekeeping subject under the watchful eye of Carolin Uhlmann, a vocational pedagogue and head of the training kitchen. The training kitchen of the TU Dresden, consisting of a total of 4 cooking sections, is part of the Institute of Vocational Education and Vocational Didactics, where career changers and undergraduates are trained in the professional field of food, nutrition, and home economics.
