A summer party like we haven't had in a long time - The Boysen-TUD Research Training Group takes time to unwind!
We met in the garden of Anna Martius, who has opened the door to her house and yard to host a social gathering in beautiful surroundings with all members of the Boysen-TU Dresden Research Training Group. Spoilt by good food - the selfmade, almost legendary paella by Antonio Hurtado was of course not to be missed - and refreshed by chilled drinks, we took the opportunity to put our feet up an enjoy the night. We had waited a long time for a meeting like this - the pandemic had denied us such an event since 2019. We were all the more grateful to spend these hours together on that hot summer night, by candlelight and with the scent of lavender filling the night air...
As everyone knows, encounters of this kind create bonds between people. Taking that new found strength, the task now is to complete a successful application for the 4th Boysen-TU Dresden Research Training Group by mid-September.
