Review: EDRA56 Conference in Canada
The 56th conference of the Environmental Design Research Association (EDRA56) took place in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada) from May 27 to 30, 2025.
Research results from the European BUILD CARE project were presented at the conference.
Anne-Sophie Schoss took part in EDRA56 and presented her work in the context of the BUILD CARE project. In the poster session, she presented her poster entitled "Spatial Insights into Pediatric Neurorehabilitation Centers in Germany". She also gave a presentation in the session "Child-Centered Design: Participatory Approaches and Applications" on the topic "Exploring Care Environments for Children with Stroke: Pediatric Neurorehabilitation Centers in Germany".
EDRA56 offered a valuable opportunity to present findings on the built environment for children with stroke to an international audience of experts, to exchange ideas with experts worldwide and to gain new ideas for research and practice.
