Teaching Award Saxony 2025 for teaching in planting design

I am very pleased to receive the Teaching Award Saxony 2025 - it represents the great joint achievement of many people who support teaching at our Chair of Planting Design. You can find more detailed information on the award ceremony in the press releases from TU Dresden and the Saxon State Ministry of Science, Culture and Tourism - I would like to take this opportunity to express my special thanks:

My great thanks go to our cooperation partners in the NCC project, for the many years of trust, the inspiring collaboration and the open exchange, which also enriches our teaching, gives us concrete planning impulses and subjects our visions to a reality check.

I would especially like to thank the Chair's staff, whose creativity, commitment and great passion help to ensure that teaching remains lively, research-oriented and practice-oriented. Without them, this award would be unthinkable.

An equally big thank you goes to our students, whose curiosity, ideas and energy constantly shape and revitalize the projects and teaching formats at the Chair.
