Free training courses SIM VICUS in March 2023
SIM-VICUS next level building simulation
The training is free of charge for all participants. You will receive a link when you register via the contact form on this page (www.sim-vicus.de/schulung).
Training schedule
Tuesday 14 March, start 9 am : Network simulation
- Drawing of the network course and the building positions in QGIS and export as geoJSON
- Import into SIM-VICUS, hydraulic dimensioning of the network
- Assignment of all necessary parameters (system types, heat pumps, circulators, demand profiles)
- Assignment of pre-calculated ground temperatures for the pipe network (direct coupling is not yet treated)
- Execution of the simulation in different variants, evaluation of the results
- Export dimensioned network as geoJSON, import into QGIS
Tuesday 21. March, from 9 a.m.: Building simulation
- Creation and import of building model
- Parameterization of the model for thermal simulation
- Evaluation of energy demand and comfort (e.g. summer thermal protection)
