Validation of building thermal simulation solver NANDRAD

Within the scope of the project work, investigations were carried out with regard to the building solver core NANDRAD developed at the institute and its American counterpart Energy Plus.
The fourth test case of DIN EN ISO 13791:2012 was completely implemented in NANDRAD, which deals with the thermal behavior of buildings in summer. Here, the calculation accuracy of NANDRAD could be clarified in comparison to EnergyPlus.
Furthermore, EnergyPlus was examined with regard to test cases 1 to 13 of VDI 6020:2016 in order to provide benchmarks for the future validation of NANDRAD according to the guideline.
