Staying part of the faculty, even after graduation - Alumni Ball at the Alumni Association AltBau e.V.

Studying is a formative phase of life that lays the foundation for a future career. The emotional bond with the university - the alma mater, Latin for "nurturing mother" - often lasts a lifetime. Such a connection can be very enriching for both the faculty and the graduates.

Since last year, the newly founded alumni association AltBau e.V. has been addressing precisely this issue: It aims to maintain this connection and keep it alive with various events. Various formats have already been successfully implemented in the first year - from the company contact fair "Baumarkt" to the summer party and regular meetings in the Beyer-Bau. This actively fosters the alumni community and strengthens the connection between the faculty and alumni in the long term.

The preliminary highlight was the graduates' ball on October 25. For the first time, our graduates were celebrated after the official farewell with a lavish ball and bid farewell to their professional lives in style - we say: see you soon, dear graduates and thank you dear AltBau e.V.
