Congratulations to Mr. Anas Kanan, M.Sc. on the successful defense of his doctoral thesis

On 23.06.2022 Mr. Anas Kanan M.Sc. successfully defended his PhD thesis "On the Computational Modelling of Electro-Active Polymers: Electro-Mechanics and Thermo-Electro-Mechanics". The doctoral committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Stefan Löhnert (TU Dresden). Reviewers were Prof. Dr. Michael Kaliske (TU Dresden), Prof. Luis Dorfmann (Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Tufts University, Boston, USA) and Prof. Hüsnü Dal (Department of Mechanical Engineering, Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey). In addition, Prof. Wolfgang Graf (TU Dresden) participated as another member of the doctoral committee. The Faculty of Civil Engineering would like to extend its sincere congratulations.
