On 06.05.2022 Mr. Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Welsch successfully defended his doctoral thesis "Influences on the suffosion process in coarse-grained soils". The doctoral committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Manfred Curbach (TU Dresden). Reviewers were Prof. Dr. Ivo Herle (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Jürgen Grabe (Technical University Hamburg) and Prof. Dr. Karl Josef Witt (Bauhaus University Weimar).
