On 01.02.2022 Mr. Martin Arlt, M.Sc. successfully defended his doctoral thesis "Asphalt regeneration using radio wave technology". The doctoral committee was chaired by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Ivo Herle (TU Dresden). Reviewers were Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Frohmut Wellner (TU Dresden), Prof. Dr. Bernd Karwatzky (HTWK Leipzig) and Prof. Dr. Ines Dragon (Dresden University of Applied Sciences). In addition, Prof. Dr. Jens Otto (TU Dresden) was involved as a further member of the doctoral committee. The Faculty of Civil Engineering would like to extend its warmest congratulations.
