On August 18, 2026, Mr. Michael David Grune successfully defended his dissertation titled
“Development of a Practice-Oriented Resilience Assessment Applied to Hall Facades Subject to Flooding.”
Prof. Dr.-Ing. Steffen Marx (TU Dresden) chaired the doctoral committee. Other members of the committee were: 1st reviewer—Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Reinhard Pohl (TU Dresden); 2nd reviewer—Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Bösche (University of Applied Sciences Dresden (HTW)); 3rd Reviewer – Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Robert Jüpner (Rhineland-Palatinate University of Technology Kaiserslautern-Landau). Another member was Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Naumann (University of Applied Sciences Dresden (HTW)).
