Institute of Geotechnical Engineering at the ALERT Workshop 2025
Metehan Karslioglu bei der Poster-Session.
The Institute of Geotechnical Engineering once again took part in this year's ALERT workshop in Aussois. The Institute was represented by Prof. Ivo Herle and Metehan Karslioglu.
The topics of this year's workshop were: "It is about time - time-dependent response of geomaterials", "Ice in porous media" and "Nature-based geotechnical engineering". There was also a poster session in which Metehan Karslioglu presented a poster entitled "Determination of the intergranular strain tensor from the contact fabric". New this year was that the posters were presented in a one-minute lightning session.
The workshop was a good opportunity for exchange, new insights and networking.
