Expert opinion

The expert opinion HOAI 2013 (Need for updating the fee structure of the Ordinance on Fees for Architectural and Engineering Services) was completed by the "ARGE HOAI GWT-TUD/Börgers/Kalusche/Siemon" in December 2012.

This was preceded by the European tender procedure and the commission from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi).

As a result, the report comprises a main document with 624 pages, Annex Volume 1 with 760 pages and Annex Volume 2 with 622 pages.
