Abstract:
This work bundles the construction logistics elements into a construction logistics manual. The various functions, the necessary approvals from the responsible authorities and the legal framework are listed. The period of use of the created manual is intended for the entire construction project, but the requirements before the start of construction and in the construction phase are specified. The dependencies and responsibilities of the client and those of the contractor are specified so that the construction logistics manual provides an orientation on the organisation of construction site management. Furthermore, a comprehensive overview of the construction logistics attributes is to be given in order to enable sound planning. Consequently, a timely completion of the construction project is to be ensured in the execution phase. In doing so, supplements and obstructions to the construction process and the resulting additional costs are to be avoided. The model document is a checklist that can be used both by the client and the contractor. It is an abridged version of the construction logistics manual. It provides an overview of important construction logistics elements. A quick orientation as to what is needed, by whom, at what time, at what place and in what quantity is to be ensured by the sample document. Necessary prerequisites and approvals are listed. Furthermore, the legal framework for the individual factors should be available in bundled form.
