Abstract:
In this paper, an analysis of special services and service profiles is provided in order to determine the points in time for the commissioning of special services and service profiles. The focus is on the service specifications of the AHO.
In addition, suggestions are developed for recognising and assessing the necessity of a service profile. Finally, the role of the planner is considered. Within the scope of the analysis of the service profiles, a reference project sequence was

and realisation of a building project. The service profiles and their individual commissioning times were incorporated into the project sequence. The analysis resulted in three different categories for the service profiles, the necessary, supporting and situation-dependent service profiles. In addition, preliminary planning was identified as the central critical point for commissioning. Two methods were used to identify and assess commissioning. These are the
scenario technique and the utility analysis. The scenario technique describes exemplary
the need for different service profiles for the building objects on the basis of six scenarios.
service profiles. It is intended to help the client understand the service profiles and their
and their commissioning. The utility value analysis considers the necessity
of a separate service profile, project management. On the basis of criteria that have to be evaluated, the necessity of commissioning is to become apparent. Finally, the role of the planner is considered in the tension between the requirements he must take into account.
