Abstract:
The task of the diploma thesis was to describe the process from the development of new building products or building materials to placing them on the market. The multitude of test aspects in the assessment in the sense of a general building authority approval (AbZ) or approval in individual cases (ZiE) are presented. The thesis also examined whether criteria such as environmental compatibility, durability, health protection and recyclability should be taken into account. Subsequently, the requirements for new building products are worked out and specified in a specification sheet. This is done by working in detail on the Model Administrative Regulation on Technical Building Regulations (MVV TB) Part A, as this specifies concrete standards that must be complied with in order to meet the respective requirement. This is followed by the focus on placing new construction products on the market and the manufacturer's requirements and the obligations of importers and distributors. Another focus on building materials is on commercial hemp. At this point, a general consideration is given up to the concrete case of application. The characteristics of hempcrete are explained and the combination of hemp and natural binders such as natural lime is described. In the further part of the work, the approval regulations should be transferred to the building material hempcrete (also wood concrete) and the permissibility discussed.
