Abstract:
In this paper, different possibilities of market-oriented calculation with regard to public procurement procedures are explained. The consequences of the various options are examined by evaluating current case law and literature.
Within the work, the adjustment of the costing via costing elements is explained. In addition, the extent to which speculation, mixed costing and the exploitation of gaps in the bill of quantities is possible from the point of view of public procurement and construction contract law is explained.
Finally, the possibilities are compiled in an overview and presented graphically.
