Abstract:
In the present work on the market analysis of concrete 3D printing in developing countries the market entry barriers for the new process and how likely it is to enter the market. and how likely a market entry is to be assessed. The chosen method for the market entry is carried out with the help of the PESTEL analysis. For each criterion individual indicators are chosen for each criterion, which allows a broad aspects. The individual indicators are formed from self-selected questions and the use of various indices for the individual criteria. In order to assess the importance of the various criteria, different weighting factors are taken into account in the evaluation. Weighting factors are taken into account in the evaluation. The developing country Nepal in the Asian region and the developing country Ghana in the African region are analysed. The unweighted results from the criteria result in a higher rating for the country Ghana. When the weighting factors are taken into account, the tendency is reversed. Accordingly, the total score for Nepal is higher. As a result, it can be stated that both analysed developing countries have a positive assessment with regard to a possible market entry for the new process.
However, it should be noted that current and future developments can delay market entry due to negative influences.
