Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents a concept for determining the construction logistics space requirements of finishing trades. Using the method of value stream design as part of lean management in the stationary industry, material flows of services are determined on the basis of practical examples. In a further step, the material flow is translated into space requirements through a theoretical superstructure. The assumptions made are again checked on site and compared with the actual occupancy of space. The area determined is set in relation to the quantity considered and the delivery cycles, and in the overall concept, the practical example is classified in relation to its boundary conditions. The key figure determined in this way now stands for the performance of a trade and can be used for similar construction sites. The concept is validated on the basis of a practical example by looking at the performance of a dry construction trade according to the concept. At the end of the work, there is a key figure for the performance considered.
