Abstract:
The work serves to analyse the possible applications of BIM-based construction logistics planning. The BIM basics deal in particular with the level of detail. The VDI 2552 Sheet 4 guideline and the AHO Booklet 11 are used to define and assign the levels of detail. The expected planning results of BIM-based planning are presented, focussing on the Level of Information (LOI) for object, structural and technical system planning. Construction logistics planning is presented in the components of the construction logistics report and concept. A BIM reference is explained in the context of the model-based solution finding of the topics of the construction logistics concept. The LOIN and implementation costs are derived for these. A calculation algorithm is then created for the topic of determining key figures to produce construction logistics parameters for the delivery. The characteristic values are used to determine the total lorry volume. An implementation concept with an algorithm is designed using the BIM software DESITE and analysed using a real BIM sample project.
