Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the optimisation of construction processes in building construction through the application of the maturity procedure. The main objective of the work is to shorten the "stripping time" for fresh concrete on construction sites. The maturity procedure is based on the measurement of the concrete temperature and the time elapsed since placement in order to determine the optimal time for the removal of formwork or the loading of structural elements. The paper investigates the application of this method to a real construction project in Chemnitz and evaluates its economic efficiency and handling. It also includes a detailed explanation of the concrete curing and curing process. The work is divided into several sections, including an introduction, a detailed presentation of the maturity process, its practical implementation and an analysis from an operational and scientific point of view. It provides a comprehensive examination of the maturity process, its application in building construction, its advantages and disadvantages, and its practical implementation.
