Successful annual meeting of the SPP100+ in Worms: presentation of the work status, a bit of city history and the Nibelungen Bridge to touch.

Worms, early November 2023 - the project participants of the "Hundert plus" priority program met in the impressive council chamber of Worms town hall to present the latest developments and project progress from the first year. The event not only provided a platform for stimulating expert discussions and scientific exchange, but also gave participants an insight into Worms' eventful city history. The highlight of the meeting was undoubtedly the visit to the Nibelungen Bridge over the Rhine. Up close and on site - at the heart  of the structure - there was the opportunity to take a closer look at the structural health monitoring system that has already been installed and to capture a little of the flair of this remarkable engineering feat.

We would like to thank all the helpers, project participants and attendees for their support during the presentations and the excellent input. 🙏 We look forward to continuing our joint work in the SPP 100+.
