New research project "IDA-KI" approved

In the new joint research project "IDA-KI", a consortium consisting of MKP GmbH, Hentschke Bau GmbH, the Technical University of Hamburg and the Technical University of Dresden (coordinator) is researching the development of a digital building model ("as maintained" model) for the predictive maintenance of infrastructure buildings. With the help of machine learning, fully automated evaluation algorithms for monitoring data are being developed that enable differentiation between measurement errors and structural anomalies. The algorithms for evaluation and assessment will be validated on a demonstrator structure, which will be subjected to severe damage during the project.

The project with a total volume of € 3.85 million is funded by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI) as part of the mFUND research initiative. Further information can be found in the project profile:
