Directions

Follow the A4/E40 Autobahn until you reach Autobahn junction 77b Dresden-West.
Change to the A17 in the direction of Dresden-Gorbitz.
Exit the A17 Autobahn at junction 3 Dresden-Südvorstadt.
Turn left onto the B170/E55 in the direction of Dresden.
Follow the B170 until the third inner-city traffic light (Bergstrasse).
Turn right onto Zelleschen Weg and follow it for 2 km.
Cross Teplitzer Strasse and after 150 m turn left into Barlachstrasse.
At the end of the street turn right into Hildebrandstrasse and then sharp left into August-Bebel-Strasse.
The gray house 116 (August-Bebel-Strasse 30) is immediately on the left.

Travel to the destination station Dresden Hauptbahnhof and then continue via bus and tram.

Fly to the Dresden International airport.
From the airport you can reach the Institute:

via taxi.
via S-Bahn Line 2 to the main train station and then via bus and tram.
via bus line 77 from the airport terminal to the Infineon plant. At the "Infineon-Nord" stop (travel time: 7 min), you have to change to tram line 7 to "Pennrich". You will reach "Dresden Neustadt" (approx. 15 min.) via this tram, then the main train station (approx. 25 min.); you then transfer and then continue on to the IWD via bus and tram.
