BIW 5-03 (AQUA)
As part of the module "General Qualifications for Civil Engineers" (BIW-D-BIW5-03 or BIW-AD-BIW5-03), courses totaling 4 SWS are to be selected. These must conclude with a certificate of achievement. A participation certificate is not sufficient! For details see module description. The selected courses can only be credited if they have been approved in advance by the person responsible for the module. A catalog of pre-approved courses you can find here.

Univ.-Prof. Dr.-Ing. Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Katharina Kleinschrot took over the professorship for Construction Technologies and Circular Value Creation at the Faculty of Civil Engineering on 01.04.2023. She studied real estate engineering and real estate economics at the University of Stuttgart. After her studies, Prof. Kleinschrot worked for LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH in the area of foreign project development. She then completed her doctorate at the University of Stuttgart, where her research focused on sustainable construction and construction management. Afterwards, Prof. Kleinschrot worked for five years in the acquisition of construction projects and as deputy branch manager at Zech Hochbau AG (formerly BAM Deutschland AG) in Berlin. Most recently, she built up the sustainability development department at Zech Group SE and is a member of the Zech Group's Sustainability Development Advisory Board. Through her professional experience, Prof. Kleinschrot has extensive expertise in connecting operational construction business and sustainability transformation.
