• Organizational support, accompaniment and presentation of the department and TU Dresden during cross-faculty delegation visits and international events
• Support for individual internationalization projects with an overarching and/or inductive character
• Supporting public relations work at international events (alumni and regional ambassador meetings, trade fairs, conferences) and for internationalization measures (newsletter, print media)
• Development of the department's internationalization strategy
• Initiating and supporting strategic university partnerships (improving framework conditions, detecting potential synergies, setting incentives, bringing stakeholders together, initiating and evaluating as well as coordinating and documenting activities, developing LoIs and MoUs, organizational and administrative support)
