As of 01.02.2026, it already changed its responsibilities with regard to administrative processes concerning planned guest stays (see also circular dated 19.12.2025).

• Equivalency checks for the recruitment of colleagues with degrees from abroad have been transferred to Directorate Personnel 2 (Andrea Marciniak, Staff Unit Policy and Legal Affairs of Personnel, ) since 01.02.2026.
• since 01.04.2026, the responsibility for hosting agreements and guest contracts also changed. The documents will now be issued by Directorate 2 (Andrea Marciniak, Staff Unit Policy and Legal Affairs of Personnel - see above).
