Tasks
- representing the concerns of women of all groups (Administrative-Technical Staff, Research and Teaching Fellows, Students and Professors)
- advising the Faculty in personnel matters, i.e. by supporting appointment procedures
- transferring information about advanced training and information events as well as funding opportunities for young scientists
- support for the central Equal Opportunities Officer and the Protection of Women’s Rights of the TU Dresden
- coordinating the allocation of funding for measures of equal opportunities of the Faculty
- attendance in sessions of the Faculty Board, the Senates’ Commission for Equal Opportunities and Diversity Management, the working group Equal Opportunities and in meetings with the Vice-Rector for University Development
- planning and realisation of events for the advancement of women, i.e. round of talks, workshops and seminars
