Plant protection competence
Here are the answers to the most common questions regarding the certificate of plant protection competence:
After the completion of the evaluation of all regularly scheduled examinations in the FOBF 37 module grades are routinely reconciled with the grades of FOBF 19. Only if all individual examinations of both modules were passed, a certificate according § 1 (1) Nr. 3 PflSchSachkV can be issued. The certificates are issued once per year and can be picked up at the examination office starting from January.
In case of irregularities during examination schedules, postponements, repeated examinations etc. it would be very laborious to permanently implement the reconcilement described in the answer to the question above. If no certificate is available for pick-up in the examination office after the completion of the examination evaluation in FOBF 37 and despite passing all examinations in FOBF 37 as well as in FOBF 19, the individual case has to be checked by the examination office. If all requirements for the certificate are fulfilled, the office will issue a certificate separately. An informal request for an individual case review can be send via e-mail to .
The issueing of a plant protection competence card according to § 9 (2) 1 PflSchG has to be requested by the institution approved by federal state law. To do so, you need a certificate on the examination-based graduation from a course of studies according to § 1 (1) No. 3 PflSchSachkV (e. g. your Bachelor certificate) and an attestation of your educational institution that the contents listed in annex 1, part A and C, were part of your education and examination. This is the certificate issued by the examination office.
