The German Research Foundation (DFG) and the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) are funding the project "Artificial Neural Networks as 'Automated Valuation Modeling' for Real Estate Valuation" (ANN4REV) as a joint project of TU Dresden and TU Vienna for 3 years.
