The Automated Purchase Price Collection (AKS) Lower Saxony is a software for managing the purchase price collection according to § 195 BauGB. It also offers the possibility of evaluating the data stored in the databases, e.g. to derive the data required for the valuation. The software is used in all expert committees for property values in Lower Saxony. In addition, some other expert committees in Germany also use AKS Niedersachsen.
The research project
As part of this research project, the AKS Niedersachsen is to be further developed. To this end, studies are being carried out to improve and expand the statistical analysis methods in order to adapt the AKS to current and future challenges in real estate valuation. The focus here is on the further development of existing evaluation methods. The aim is to provide the user of the AKS with further options and support in the selection and validation of models for the evaluation and derivation of data.
Furthermore, new evaluation methods and their applicability in the Automated Purchase Price Collection will be investigated and new interfaces for data imports and exports will be created.
