Information for Prospective Applicants

The Chair of Optical 3D Metrology offers courses in various Departments.

In the Bachelor´s degree programs Geodesy and Geoinformation, these are mainly the fundamentals of engineering geodetic measurements..

In the Master's degree program Geodesy we are giving many different courses and deal with the creation of digital twins, building monitoring, industrial measurement technology, deformation analysis, optical 3D metrologies and applied artificial intelligence.

In the study programs Civil Engineering, Hydrosciences, Forest Sciences and Transportation, our focus is on teaching the basics of applied geodesy. You will learn the theoretical and practical basics to be able to carry out geodetic measurements safely in your specific field of application.
